1.9. Introducing the Patient Conversation

Much of what is done in our practice on a day-to-day basis is sitting around and talking with patients. It is, of course, impossible to do that with you in this medium. To reproduce that experience as closely as possible, we recorded conversations with actor patients going through this program (though they are actors, the scenarios are based on actual case studies). Although the format of these videos is quite different from the others, they should not be considered optional. We think observing these conversations is one of the best ways you can understand how to personalize the content. We hope you enjoy these conversations and that by observing them, you will learn about the mindset we try to help our patients develop when thinking about longevity.
